Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our team. As a Software Developer at Sterling Technolabs, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design architectures, and implement scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using industry best practices and coding standards.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across various programming languages and frameworks.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

• Optimize software performance and scalability through code refactoring, performance tuning, and system optimization.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in software development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.

• Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Software Developer or Software Engineer.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

• Experience with software development frameworks such as Spring, Django, .NET, or Node.js.

• Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

• Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
