Job Title: Junior Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a global growth strategy focused both on business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting client’s objectives and needs.

  • Experience of 06 months to 1 year in selling IT / software services and consulting services in the International & Indian markets.

  • Lead Generation - penetrate and establish initial contact and gather information.

  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

  • Ability to identify the decision-maker and be comfortable calling and dealing with both business and technical executives and managers.

  • Meet or exceed targets for both generating qualified leads and converting them into sales.

  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

  • Contact potential clients to establish relationships.

  • Research communities, organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

  • Create & meet a goal for solid direct customer meetings through different sources (Email, LinkedIn and other professional networking media).

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, interact with and present to potential customers, developing relationships and growing a community.

  • 06 - 1 year of B2B business development experience in service based IT companies is a must.

  • Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business and comfort generating new leads quickly.

  • Hands on experience in lead generation via social media platforms including LinkedIn.

  • Strong knowledge of Lead Generation and CRM tools and how to think innovatively in their use.

  • The ability to contribute to the creation of personalized sales collaterals would be an asset.

  • Experience in developing and partnering with customers based out in International Markets preferable USA , UK , Europe, Canada etc.

  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives.
